DARK Potal Base – Base with pieces of Potala in the composition and a diverse palette of shades. Glossy decorative foil – in small and large pieces – creates a depth effect and makes nail art unique. This is a unique combination of base shades and colored foil flakes.

The consistency is easy to arrange and self-levels, so it can be applied conveniently and quickly. It is recommended to apply the Potala base on a thin base made of a transparent base.
